The N643

The N643 (formerly known as N612) is a 24km two-lane road that connects Éghezée to Ben-Ahin, passing through Bierwart, Lavoir, the A15 (E42), and Wanze. It features an iconic piece of regional architecture: the Père Pire bridge, inaugurated on 23 February 1988. It mainly consists of Schréder MC12 and VZ-3S which illuminate the road. The connection with the A15 (E42) and the entrance to the bridge are equipped with Schréder GZM and RX. The SOX lighting (low-pressure sodium) has completely disappeared from the national roads, but most of the MC12 are always present.

The N684

The N684 is a 4-lane road of 7.6 km that connects Villers-le-Bouillet and Tihange while running alongside Jehay. It mainly serves as a link between the N90 and the A15 (E42). It was supposed to connect to the Condroz, but the Tinlot-Tihange section has been closed to traffic since its construction because it is not finished. This places it in the large family of useless projects, to this day, as a rehabilitation plan is scheduled for 2024. On the road itself, there is no lighting, except for a few roundabouts illuminated by Schréder MC2. The Ampsin bridge was equipped with Schréder GSO-GZM. It was all relamped in December 2022.
